This is my second U-Haul reservation in the last month and both times have been a disaster. The only saving grace with this most recent reservation, was the professional staff at the alternate location, Queen Cuty Auto House. I reserved a truck on the mobile app yesterday. What was supposed to be a simple 7 mile, 30 minute trip turned into an hours long mess. I arrived at the assigned pickup location only to discover that they were closed. WHY EOULD U-HAUL ALLOW BE TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT A CLOSED LOCATION??!! After a long hold, a U-Haul agent found another location quite a ways away but they were open and had a truck. Get it together U-Haul!

DAKOTA SThis facility was understaffed and crowded. They charged me $15.00 for a cleaning fee; there was nothing in the trailer but the blanks I rented. This charge needs to be reversed; otherwise, I will challenge it with American Express.
