Excellent experience. The Uhaul was ready for us on time and it was clean. There were no issues picking up or returning the Uhaul. The service we received was great. Very efficient and friendly.

My experience started out as a nightmare. I initially had a different pick up site when I first rented my truck. That appointment turned into a different location that opened 2 hours later than when I wanted to get the truck. I then met at the second location at the new pick up time. No one ever showed up to open the location site which was an auto repair shop. I called U-Haul at a location that I thought was close by, that person gave me the name of Pendleton towing. My experience there was extremely excellent!! The gentleman was so helpful and so very nice Apparently the U-Haul site can make changes to pick up times and locations from what a customer originally books. That is really shitty of U-Haul. Pendleton Towing- you Rock.
CARIE RThis location took great care of us after the initial pick up location was a complete joke. Twice that location provided damaged trailers and messed up the refund process and last minute scrambling to get things worked out ahead a major cross country move.
