I chose this location because of a tight deadline to be out here in Utah and a flight on Sunday and it’s 24 hour vehicle returns only to find it to be a do it yourself yard with no one here. It was misleading and I would have chosen another location if it wasn’t for this misinformation. In every other way you exceeded my expectations though. Thank you

Lisa SThis location is the most unprofessional and poorly run U-Haul location I’ve ever been to. they were very rude and acted like my request to rent. A trailer was very much a problem for them! I will most certainly never rent from them again!!! I dealt with the same person when I return the trailer and they acted the same way. Not a good experience at all.!!

Michelle VI had to type in my own information. She was so busy eating lunch she couldn’t do it. Then the guy getting the trailer was rude wanted to know who was driving I said I was and he basically called me a lair. I would never go there again.
