I didn’t want to give a bad rating because Britni the sales associate was awesome but we got our U-Haul to the house and couldn’t open the door we came back and they realized the back sliding door was shut due to new paint on the metal rail. Someone painted and didn’t let it dry. We were about to go into another U-Haul and same thing couldn’t open the door. Britni figured what was wrong and got us back to the original U-Haul. She was awesome but have to say silly mistake…
