I am waiting for a call I was told would come from a manager about the fact that the location was not open when I came to get my van and the 30 min delay until someone arrived caused me to be late. We were told that our reservation was not handled correctly and we were owed a partial refund of $50. Please call. Next time the reservation has to be completed properly so I have a code for the lock box.
