Have the correct weight capacity for vehicles being towed on the dolly, and to have the correct tires installed onto them to prevent blow-outs. Also, to have cruise control an option when people are driving 2000+ miles.

TROY SI arrived after hours, so i cannot attest to staff, or the condition of the store. It seemed clean and professional, and was miles above the Edmonds location. The trailer drop off was awful. There was a narrow gravel road, and a steep drop-off to an irrigation canal below, and there was no.manouvering room to back the trailer in. I had to unhitch the trailer and then slowly push the trailer uphill, slipping and sliding on loose gravel, straining against the trailer's inclination to roll back towards me and into the canal. A larger drop off larking lot would be preferable, but it is possible, if i had returned it during business hours, the staff would have helped me, or had a process to make it go more smoothly.
