Location great Uhaul didnt have what I needed even though I ordered over a month in advance. Was told what they did have had too many miles on it. Then gave me a smaller truck and trailer all because I could not pick up equipment for them and drop off at a different location along the way. Truck that was given had more miles on the truck than the one I needed. I had lo leave a lot of our belongings because of Uhaul. Will never use again. I will be moving in a year I will be using another trucking company

The issue is NOT personnel-based. It is also not an issue with U-Haul per se, but with access/lot size. I towed a 12' trailer there to drop it off, using an F-350 club cab, long bed truck, and it was nearly impossible to get around on the property.
