Everything was ready when I arrived and very little time was spent hooking up and getting on the road. The whole process made getting the trailer very fast and hassle free. I would definitely return if I needed another trailer.

Connie LI asked to check the lights on the trailer, the individual checking the trailer out to me commented he had just recieved the trailer and it was fine, did not need to check the lights. When I got the trailer home I had my son help me check the trailer lights. The left blinker and brake light on the trailer was not functioning. I was delayed 4 hours waiting to get the lights fixed.
TERRY WMy original reservation was made through the online U-Haul application. I wanted to rent the equipment on a Sunday and the only location for me was the largest equipment lot, which was in Pasco. Two days before I was planning to drive to Pasco, I received a message that my pickup location had changed to an adjoining city... West Richland. This location was closed on Sunday, which forced me to rent the truck and auto transport one full day in advance on Saturday evening. Everyone with U-Haul agreed I should not be charged the extra day, but nothing was in writing. Still trying to plead my case with the powers that be in U-Haul management. We'll see!
