Directions are unclear in gps. Building has nothing indicating uhaul. It's in the middle if an industrial area and roads leading to it are essentially just cutting through parking lots.

Truck was not available at pick up, customer service seems to have no idea what they are talking about and told us multiple different things, and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone at any location to try to resolve issues.

Zero issues with the van and it was nice and clean as well. I will drive the 20 minutes from the Boston Rd Springfield location to rent here anytime I need a vehicle. The difference in professionalism is night and day!
