Truck was not available at pick up, customer service seems to have no idea what they are talking about and told us multiple different things, and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone at any location to try to resolve issues.

No improvements needed. Great looking facility with fantastic customer service. Representative Austin was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Zero issues with the van and it was nice and clean as well. I will drive the 20 minutes from the Boston Rd Springfield location to rent here anytime I need a vehicle. The difference in professionalism is night and day!

CHRISTOPHER AThis was the worst experience I have had over several past rentals. The self check in was anything but faster and continually errors and the rental location prevented me from getting the key as he could not check me in himself even though I showed the app screen as noted in the process. Took the threat is a suit to finally get the key. I will definitely look for other options when I need need to rent a vehicle or other needs in the future.
