They were awesome I let them know issues with the van I had driving up mechanical and they did everything to take notes and apologized the costumer service was amazing

Nancy HKey Dropbox was hard to find, I had to drop off the keys the next day (I was in the dark so that’s why) maybe signs to where the Dropbox is? It might just be a me problem not sure if any of your customers have had that problem
Vivana GIt works be nice if we could drop it off at the Uhaul store around the corner and if their lot is full they take it to the secondary location. However, it looked clean and nice.
