I was very unhappy to be sent to this vacant location. It was uncomfortable and I wasn't made aware ahead of time it was a self check out. The app was horrible and ig took me an hour to finally get my truck. It was supposed to have furniture pads- there were none. I ended up having to drive to a uhaul center to get pads. At the uhaul center they were badly understaffed and it took several hours to speak with someone (the gentleman was very nice)
Suzanne AChris at Virgin Auto went “above and beyond” in all respects, including but not limited to coming into his shop on a Sunday to make sure my reservation was processed quickly. Chris stayed in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend him and Virgin auto.
JANICE SChris our agent was knowledgeable about our move. He was able to answer all of our questions. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. We even enjoyed his bad dad jokes Lol! Way to go U-Haul. It was a great experience overall. The movers we hired through U-Haul (Luxury Loaders) exceeded our expectations. They were fantastic. The same goes for the cleaners from JMB. They were able to accommodate us same day. They left our house sparkling.
