Employee was limited in what he could do because the computer was grossly inadequate. It took forever to complete the rental contract. Additionally, the customer had to help pick up the trailer from the ground and place it on the hitch. Tongue weight on a 6 x 12 cargo trailer is between 200-300 pounds that put us not happy!

GAVIN RThe man slim the office was extremely rude. Mumbled to himself, would not help with the trailer. His exact words- if you are cheap and rent a trailer- then connect it yourself. Will never use this location again until he is gone.
