I received a call the night before asking if I could switch pick up locations and would receive extra miles if I agreed. I agreed as long as I can pickup the truck at 8am. I arrived to Westford Auto Sales for my 8am pickup. This is one of those rundown used car lots trying to make a buck any which way they can and all the trucks are in the back under the trees at the edge of the lot. I tried three doors and called the number on the sign outside, but no one answered. I finally got a call back from the lady running the operation around 830. She told me she had to take her kid to school and there is no office or front desk clerk to complete my pickup. She stated everything is done through the app. So i attempted to complete the pick up through the app, but received a message that the clerk at the front desk would complete my pickup. Needless to say that would not be happening. When i called the lady about the message, she gave me the lock combo so i could access the keys for the truck. I told her the app said someone in the office would have to complete my pickup process, and she said oh I am going to have to sign for you on the app on her computer. I told her she did not have authorization to sign for me. I took the truck and completed my move. I took before pictures, because the truck was a mess. The front upper corner of the shelf was dented and had a hole, and there was dirt all over the floor of the truck. The entire truck smelled of mildew or mold as if they had moved a bunch of plants before, or the trees where the trucks were parked were getting into the wholes in the body. Either way it was a mess. I returned the truck in less than 12 hours to a different location and the app charged me an extra $42 for mileage and gas. I never received the extra mileage I was promised. When i called Westford to correct these issues, the same lady told me i was lucky she didn't report the truck stolen. I was refunded the extra charge from the drop off location, but have not received any callback from the regional manager. I placed a concern through uhaul who has considered my concerned resolved, which does not make much sense to me. THE BEST PART IS SO MANY SCUMBAGS HAVE RETURNED TRUCKS DAMAGED THAT UHAUL NOW FORCES THE $15 SAFE MOVE CHARGE OR YOU HAVE TO MODIFY YOUR INSURANCE TO COVER EVERYTHING. THE LADY AT WESTFORD OBVIOUSLY COMPLETED MY CHECK IN WITHOUT APPROVAL AND CHARGED ME FOR THE SAFE MOVE WITHOUT EXPLANATION. BUYER BEWARE.

Thomas PThere was no 2 wheeler or moving blankets that I requested. No one was at the location. Had to do everything via app. How to get into van was very difficult and not clearly marked. It took me an hour and several callls to uhaul to get into the van. Painful experience!
