Again, I was sent to another location for a truck because the sized truck booked weeks in advance was available. I had to readjust my schedule and return the truck earlier than expected. The inside smelled of smoke and the dashboard was filthy.

My only complaint is that I ordered a 15 ft truck rwo weeks prior to the date and when I got there they only had a 10 ft truck. I was given a discount on milage as compensation but it hindered the speed of my move using a smaller truck.

JOSEPH WThe attendants at the cranberry Sunoco gas station in Westminster are always very nice and friendly. I have rented U-hauls from that location with and without a prior reservation and have never had any negative issues, receipts are always promptly emailed to me and correct charges even with last minute extensions or needing a larger vehicle.
DONNA WThe truck broke down in the middle of us moving. A mechanic came out to fix it and said the coolant hose busted, there was no air filters, plus, it was 150 degrees in the truck. Worst experience ever. It took time away from us and our movers.
