The only thing was the return after hours. I scanned the QR code after i dropped the key in the box. I didn't know I had to take pictures of the dash to return the truck to not get charged the $20. So, without the key, I was unable to complete the return process on my own. Maybe explain or note to complete the return BEFORE dropping the key in. I thought I just had to type in mileage and gas level not take pics.

Hassan AThe agent barely spoke a word to me and seemed upset about something. I then went to the truck and the windshield was really dirty that you could barely see out of it. Use the wipers right? Wrong, the drivers side was broken so I couldn’t use them the entire trip home. It was really unsafe when I was driving at night and it started to sprinkle. So Mae sure your equipment is clean and you everything is in working order before someone picks it up.
