RAMBHAI PI understand that online check in is easy and fast; however, I accidentally left my phone at home. It’s crazy that U-Haul charges money to have an employee do the return process. I had to drive back home and grab my phone, barely making the return time. Was an inconvenience. Be more flexible and don’t charge for a service you should include in the rental process.
MARIA RThere were no signs where to leave the rental. The parking lot where other U-hauls were sitting was around the back of a separate building for the key drop off. When dropping off the app continued to crash so I could not complete the self-check in. I called the U-haul customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to help as it was after hours. Overall the rental was a very poor process from start to finish.
