Forgot the dollys. Or I guess put them on the other truck. I asked Uhaul to remove from my bill and nothing done so far. Really poor.
Nicholas AThe only thing was the return after hours. I scanned the QR code after i dropped the key in the box. I didn't know I had to take pictures of the dash to return the truck to not get charged the $20. So, without the key, I was unable to complete the return process on my own. Maybe explain or note to complete the return BEFORE dropping the key in. I thought I just had to type in mileage and gas level not take pics.
