Your questions are all about the location, but most of the experience had to do with the online process, which was poor. When I went to the location, "the system was down" - or extremely slow and it took over 30 minutes to pick up the van. I had to download the app to my phone, which I don't like to do, and then the app was hard to use, sometimes got stuck, was generally a pain with all the photos etc., and it tried to charge me for gas erroneously. Fortunately the woman at the counter was able to help with that. The counter people were nice and helpful but were hampered by the poor system. In comparison, renting a car at Hertz or National is a breeze! Next time I need a van I will try Home Depot.

Joseph SI have a problem with billing by U-Haul, Iwas double charged for the rental. I’m trying to figure out what’s going wrong!
WOJCIECH PTruck I used sounded like it wanted to stall out anytime I'd accelerate. You are required to do your own walk around inspection & take pics of all 4 sides of the vehicle, but as far as the inside of the truck. There was a crack in dash by the odometer/speedometer. I wasn't able to take a pic of to show I DID NOT damage. There was a broken vent next to the steering wheel off to the right, but left of the radio. Cup holders had sticky residue all in the bottoms of them.Their rental trucks need to be a little more maintained as far as cleanliness & mechanical issues. Otherwise customer service was excellent. Truck wasn't in the best condition, inside.
