Truck I used sounded like it wanted to stall out anytime I'd accelerate. You are required to do your own walk around inspection & take pics of all 4 sides of the vehicle, but as far as the inside of the truck. There was a crack in dash by the odometer/speedometer. I wasn't able to take a pic of to show I DID NOT damage. There was a broken vent next to the steering wheel off to the right, but left of the radio. Cup holders had sticky residue all in the bottoms of them.Their rental trucks need to be a little more maintained as far as cleanliness & mechanical issues. Otherwise customer service was excellent. Truck wasn't in the best condition, inside.

TODD CForgot the dollys. Or I guess put them on the other truck. I asked Uhaul to remove from my bill and nothing done so far. Really poor.
Nicholas AThe only thing was the return after hours. I scanned the QR code after i dropped the key in the box. I didn't know I had to take pictures of the dash to return the truck to not get charged the $20. So, without the key, I was unable to complete the return process on my own. Maybe explain or note to complete the return BEFORE dropping the key in. I thought I just had to type in mileage and gas level not take pics.
