I was a paying customer……I pay every time I rent! I have been paying for renting uhaul trailers for 10 years From the moment I walked in the door, the lady was rude to me. Staring down her nose at me and saying “what are you carrying in the trailer?” When I went in the office she gave me an interview, and tried to refuse cash as a payment. Apparently on my file there are 2 reports of me carrying animals in the trailers , which I paid a cleaning fee of and this is completely untrue…… in the 10 years I’ve been renting from uhaul, I have never done this…. I am completely unsure of why this accusation has come up….. While renting I changed the drop off time and the lady emailed me constantly asking when I was returning the trailer and saying “we have customers waiting for this trailer!” I am a customer! I changed the pick up time, and then on the way to return it my truck broke and turning my truck became unsafe and i dropped the trailer at a Truro location. I am appalled at the treatment I have received from uhaul in the last 3 weeks, after my house burned down and I had to move. I had no animals in any trailer. I would really like to see the pictures and videos of me carrying animals in this trailer, and I would also like you to look up that the day I picked up the trailer on Jan 28, that I made a complaint **Myself** that the trailer was filthy! I didn’t Check it prior to using it, because I had no time to move since our house burned and I have 7 kids…. I would definitely not recommend this rude person to rent a uhaul trailer from…..

The folks there are great to deal with. Even with all the snow this year, they always have everything ready to go. And it's very easy access into their property--lots of space for turning and right beside the TCH.
DONALD PFirst off , the truck gave me.a hard time to start a lot of times, and that was very time-consuming. Another is i replace the gas in truck and.there was more in it then I originally picked it up ., they did the calculations and said I owed for gas , which I dod not , I even gave them a.pictire . Notjing was resolved and very disappointing.
