Nothing in my opinion
ROGER MThis was a terrible experience 😕 we originally requested a 26' truck for our move. In the end had to settle for a 15' truck. This resulted in us having to move stuff with our car 🚗 to family members houses. Created a stressful time on top of an already stressful situation 🙃

ROSS FApparently The trailer that I booked online wasn't available.I received a phone call from U-Haul and I was offered the next size up trailer. I didn't really need.a bigger trailer. But it was nice you offered it for the same price. Very good customer service.
