I was told the gas tank was full and to return it full, I took pictures of the gas gauge before leaving the lot and after returning the truck, the needle wasn’t at the”F” mark before and passed it when I returned it! In other words, I paid for someone else’s fuel because the inspection wasn’t done right! I put 27L in the tank for 30 miles.. That’s about 4 mpg.

ROSS FThe customer should not have to pay for an extra day because the business is closed on the day the truck was ordered for. I already ordered it when I was contacted about the closed business (a Sunday). I had to pick up on Saturday, the truck sat in the driveway for 24 hours unused. Waste of $s. The size I needed was not available at the other nearby locations. The pad lock for the cargo door was very hard to open/close. I suggested a little WD40. The person said that the lock doesn't usually come with the truck.
