The only issue I had, had nothing to do with location itself. It is a problem we’ve had in the past as well with uhaul online booking. The equipment we reserved (hand trolleys) was not available. Very frustrating. Last time it happened we had to go to another location just for the trolley and make two returns…truck and equipment. Once again, very frustrating. Moving is hard enough but when equipment needed isn’t there on pickup you certainly feel trapped and frustrated. Please improve this in the online reservation process. Once again. Location…great. Booking…needs fixing.
