I was not aware that the trailer did not have a jack and due to an injury on my left bicep I was not able to hook trailer on my own.

What i finally got was in good shape, I feel uhaul should reimburse part of the rental since the truck i rented never showed up and was a 1 way, I had to pay double just to get a truck because of your screw up, if this is the way uhaul does business I'll never use you again ,why make a reservation to reserve a truckbif it never shows up?
