They are dishonest by not recording the fuel gauge accurately. They added $52 to the bill. Do not use this facility! Resolved through U-Haul customer support, but Best Bin should not be a U-Haul dealer!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The check out/ check in was easy. The 10 ft truck had almost 100k on it and hardly shifted gears. I was glad we were driving under 10 miles locally as the vehicle would have never made it onto the highway.
