When I booked the Trailer pick up, I gave the address that I would be picking up the vehicle from. There is a U-Haul just a couple of blocks from there and yet we had to go across the city to a different location which didn’t really make any sense to me. When I booked the trailer, the lady made sure I knew it was a 2 inch hitch, which was great, but I did not know it would be a four pin wiring harness. Partly my fault for not asking, but it would be ideal if that was told to the customer ahead of time as well so they could come prepared. aside from that the trailer worked excellent and we were quite happy with the one-way service.

REX AChecking in and picking up the truck took me over an hour but i’m thankfully that the lady at the car wash was able to help me or I would have never been able to get the truck. Also the locks on the key boxes need to be replaced. It look more than 3 people trying to open them multiple time to finally get into it.
