It would be nice to be able to have a pick up closer to town. I had a 40mile pick up and drop off

Too dark, no real key drop, not safe, no signs indicating where to drop. Horrible location

Don HBack door did not work properly. Only opened half way to start so had to load stuff with door only half up. When unloading we were able to get door all the way up but then would not close. Had to drive it back with door wide open.
