Too dark, no real key drop, not safe, no signs indicating where to drop. Horrible location

Don HBack door did not work properly. Only opened half way to start so had to load stuff with door only half up. When unloading we were able to get door all the way up but then would not close. Had to drive it back with door wide open.

Charles GTo start, it took two hrs to get the keys from the lock box,and came on time to pick up truck! the truck was not out front and the dolly and pads that I paid for wasn't in the truck . The truck was located in the far south corner of lot . The truck would not stay in the middle of the road.was pulling to the side . Has front end problems.
