Linda WFriendly staff. I called the office to find out if I can pick up the truck earlier than planned. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and said no problem. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to rent from this location.
Ali IWe were put in an extremely unsafe and dangerous situation due to the negligence of Uhaul and unmaintained trailer. The tire literally exploded and we didn’t get help for FOUR hours and customer service manager has still not gotten back to me over a week later despite multiple calls and follow ups. Shameful!
Connor MWhile the location office is small and nothing fancy by any stretch, it never fails to have items needed and the guy working there is efficient and good. In instructions to customers may just wish to point out that the office is in upper level of the strip mall plaza - the access door bit.lost in the shuffle with all the stores signage.
