After hour check out is confusing, I returned unit with just above 1/2 tank gas. The same amount as when i picked it up. the next day I was charged a Gas charge. I called to complain. because I didn't complete the check-out procedure. I have no recourse. Not a happy .
Alan PThe person behind the desk informed us that he did not have the utility dolly that we reserved. He told us he would give us the appliance dolly instead, at no additional charge. Then, when we went down to take the truck, the order was updated and the dolly was changed from utility dolly to appliance dolly and we were charged the full price.

Gil VFor me, everything was qui k and easy. Knowing it is the weekend, I rreserved the truck for Friday Morning and was able to hae it for 9:00 am. When I arrived at 9 am, it was quick and easy, everything I required was waiting for me as a cart and moving blankets. The gentleman in the office was couteous, knowledgeable and instructions were clear and precise.
