The cabin was a bit dirty compared to another location that I have used. But, it wasn't horrible. Love that, there was a person who actually helped review all my information and noted the check in and out. Appreciate the customer service at pick up and drop off!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot there at 1700 and the door was locked. (the hours posted on the door said closes at 1900) Called the number posted on the door and hear the phone ringing inside (behind the locked door). I left to unhook the rented trailer and then the employee showed up in a pickup truck, I asked if he worked for Uhaul, and he responded "that's what is says on my shirt". I was not at all impressed. I will avoid renting or dropping off at this location.

Manuel PIt was a shitshow even reserving. They had me down for a 6 hour move when Im almost a senior and was was moving A four bedroom house to marmora Then gave my truck away. Ayer market in Curtis is where I tried to reserve it and the kid that was working the counter did it on his phone because I didn't know how to do it on my phone. Thankfully whoever answered my call the moving day to explain my dilemma got me a truck. The Grandma's attic leaks and ruined my 80-year-old couch. Other than that we made it.
