the trailer was disgusting. the previous client hauled wood and made a giant mess inside the trailer. the uhaul rep didn't check the interior before renting it out to me. I didn't check since I assumed it was previously inspected. very disappointed! When I returned it, the NEW rep was kind and sympathetic enough to provide a discount, but sincerely, i will not be dealing with uhaul anymore. the low rates do not ensure peace of mind. I would rather pay more to another company who is more structured, cleaner, and with less headaches.
