I was billed for 3 days even though I specifically and on three separate occasions explained that my rental was being picked up Tuesday just before close and being returned on Thursday just after close. It would be considered a TWO day rental. All the people I be spoke to at both the store location and at the at the U-Haul customer service assured me that this would not be a problem. My bill was sent to me 2 days after my return and of course I was billed for THREE days. Very frustrating...
