It was way to expensive the price of rental for 8hrs has gone up 120 dollars all your rates have gone up ridiculous i will not rent from Uhaul again ill sorce out a better priced company

Sanjay SI was very frustrated when my pick up location was changed without a conversation with me. I prebooked the truck and the fact UHaul was overbooked is not my problem. UHaul should, as an organization, make the truck available to the location booked and honour the paid booking.
RACHEL WReally decent experience here with pick up and drop off. The central location and helpful staff made it a pleasure. However there were some minor issues: - stains on the top interior (i.e. coffee?); - the parking brake release button was a little damaged (i.e. Small square cap with "P" parking label was hanging off); - the interior smelled a lot like wet dog All in all everything had functioned fine and would rent from here again.
