We did not need to go into the office because the representative was waiting for us in the parking lot - he completed the return on site and parked the vehicle.
Christian AThe guy running the uhaul needs to be polite with customers, I will never rent from there again. you have to do your own self checkout when leaving with the vehicle which is taking photos of the whole vehicle when at other uhaul they have your vehicle ready. i do understand you take photos when returning after hours. you also have to call a phone number and wait for the guy to come to open the office. This place is in a strip mall location and you have to take photos with the vehicle removed from parking spot and in the open parking lot have fun finding that.

JOSHUA LVery high fuel consumption on the truck, usually it's not this much. I drive these trucks daily at FedEx for work.
