Karl FI used U-Haul for my move, and it was a great experience. The mobile app's pickup and drop-off service was very simple and convenient. Additionally, I contacted customer service to change the date of my reservation. They were very helpful and kindly assisted me, allowing me to move a day earlier than I had originally planned.
Jesus BI got charged $20 cash for cleaning fee for leaving a napkin in the truck I later picked the napkin myself the worst part is that the cleaning fee was not reflected in the receipt but still they keep the money
