The hours that a counter clerk is available is less than par & the location is very rural and very difficult to checkup truck & drop off truck due to the poor cell service at that location. It took me 40 min to pick up truck & similar to drop back off. Also due to the weather the truck needed to be washed, in my opinion & was charged $25! I did not leave the truck dirty inside! Hopefully I will not need to use a moving truck in the future.

Fix the app, crashed everytime I was uploading my ID, forced to call and use a link through a browser not the app. This location also had no idea how to do an in store check out for a truck rental so it took 40 minutes to pick up my truck. It also took 30 minutes to drop off my truck because the app crashed AGAIN so I had to call you guys AGAIN, wasted an entire extra 2 ish hours just picking and dropping off my truck for my day of moving. Fix the app, all my issues stemmed from the app

Stephanie LJoe was very helpful with getting me my rental we had issues in the beginning of trying to use the mobile pick up but she had figured it out for me and got me my rental but I did get my rental half an hour late and drop off the app would not let me check my vehicle back in Was had to call customer care customer care was great. It was able to help.
