Uhaul called this location the "White River Junction" location and we planned our pick up accordingly. But it is actually located in Hartland VT, 15 minutes further away. This miscommunication caused us to be late for our pickup. The representative graciously stayed late to accommodate us.

The pickup location did not stock the truck with the moving equipment I ordered (dolly and 3 dozen pads)
Christopher EI was charged for time that I did not rent the vehicle. The vehicle was rented and returned 8/23 at 1pm and returned at 3pm. I was called the next day, 8/24 and explained this. Please correct this charge.
