The Uhaul app was terrible and wasn't working properly. It'd be great to get very specific return instructions via email or text instead only when you're checking out on site. Then I definitely would have filled up the gas tank!

Ronald LAlthough I had a reservation, there was no one at the facility that could dispatch a truck. I had to download the U-Haul app and do it remotely. The process took much longer to check out a truck than it should have. The turn in process of the truck in CT was the opposite experience, a clean and fully staffed facility,
David BJamie at the pick up spot was nice. The truck was covered with snow when I got there and they brushed it off - I still had to walk through pretty deep snow to get into the truck. It would have been nice if they pulled it out and/or warmed it up for me, but not a big deal for me, but would have been for a smaller/less mobile person. The truck was out of wiper fluid and I really needed it on the trip, so I had to buy some myself since the roads were very dirty during the trip from a bad winter storm - that was disappointing.
