naomi oThe Uhaul app was terrible and wasn't working properly. It'd be great to get very specific return instructions via email or text instead only when you're checking out on site. Then I definitely would have filled up the gas tank!

Ronald LAlthough I had a reservation, there was no one at the facility that could dispatch a truck. I had to download the U-Haul app and do it remotely. The process took much longer to check out a truck than it should have. The turn in process of the truck in CT was the opposite experience, a clean and fully staffed facility,
