Truck was not ready to use. Rear door was frozen, passenger door window was down about an inch w/ snow on the passenger seat.

MACIE HThe location was fine, but the overall experience renting was horrible. The app got me all the way through the rental process from a location closer to where I needed it, and then at the end of the processsaid the size wasn’t available. So I found a new place, went through the process and reserved what I needed. Then I got to the rental place and the app nor websites were working. Luckily it was a location that someone was working at on a Saturday, so I went in and after a long process he got us handled. I paid in person prior to taking the truck. Then during the return process later that day, the app finally worked a little, and wanted to charge me a second time. I skipped that step, and then today I see that I was charged more than I originally was charged when the rental was booked. Not to mention with all the fees and shit, it was over $100 for the “$19.99 rental” for less than four hours of use. Overall a horrible experience with UHaul.
