I originally requested a location closer to home but they didn’t have a truck available. I also wanted to do it in person as opposed to the app. They did not have anyone on site that could help but was able to have someone do the check in over the phone. That person was very helpful.

Eileen BCheck in and out was a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I will NEVER rent from uhaul again!!!! the phone check ins were ridiculous!!!! And the location didn’t check the truck in till 36 hours AFTER it was dropped off!!!!
ROBERT RThe rental location was moved to Cappy's to "ensure equipment availability." When I arrived, the truck was missing the moving blankets and the furniture dolly. When I approached the worker at Cappy's, I was dismissively told that they don't work for U-Haul and don't have the supplies there. He did take the time to try to remove the charge for the missing supplies, but was unable to.
Bryan BIt was an after-hours drop off so I didn't go inside and there were no personnel. But it was easy to park in a spot and the key drop box was easy to find.
