Remove cigar smell from previous renter. Other than that all was in order

Rita FThe Texoma Tire and Auto at 1803 Kemp Blvd location was nearly 20 minutes late opening which postponed my reservation. The shop and the lot were very messy and unmaintained. The owner seemed very frazzled. I would much rather rent from the main location on Kell in the future.
KAYLA Rtruck was not swept out. Had trash left in it.
