Office was dirty, the truck was filthy inside the cab and the back and ramp where full of dirt and mud. Had to clean the truck before we could load our stuff

sorento aThe guy at the pick up location was brash, wreaked of alcohol, and made us uncomfortable. He told us that the unit didn’t have to be returned until the end of the business day. His store was stuffed full of things and was trashy.
