This location is actually scary. I arrived to pick up my rental and no one was there to give me the key. After calling U-haul, a manager/owner of this location showed up driving my rental vehicle. Dropping off the rental at dark at this location as a female alone was horrifying. Large car parts all over the ground in the path to the return key box. I will never rent from this location again.

Did not get the right charges and did not get any paperwork
PATRICIA YVery crowded location. Repair shop with lots of extra vehicles. I was scheduled to pick truck up at 8 AM, but nobody was there until almost 8:30. Truck key HAD to be picked up inside., Returned truck about 12:30 and nobody was there. If the business knows equipment is being rented, someone needs to be available. The person at the location was very nponchalant about the whole transaction during pickup.
