First they tell me it's $20 to rent a truck and of course I get the $15 insurance to be on the safe side but then you guys throw in a $1.19 a mile I'm on disability I'm a senior citizen there's no discount there's no AARP so they take my car they put it on file for 80 bucks by the time I get done it's almost $100 just to go move about 13 boxes of treadmill and some stuff that took me and another 60-year-old 2 hours to move 13 boxes down for flights of stairs I didn't have any help but him I thought it was b******* I should have been compensated and the truck was dirty when I got into it

RONALD AThe staff was amazing, the truck drove horrible. I could not go over 50 without the truck thrusting forward and backwards so bad that it was hard to control the truck. The seat belt warning buzzer kept going off even though i was wearing my belt and there was nothing in the passengers seat to make the alarm go off.
