Christopher SWhat a nightmare, took 52 days to get truck checked in, after I turned it in 3 days early. Used 3 days less and drove 300 miles less than charged... no refund I'm done with U- Haul
RONALD AThe staff was amazing, the truck drove horrible. I could not go over 50 without the truck thrusting forward and backwards so bad that it was hard to control the truck. The seat belt warning buzzer kept going off even though i was wearing my belt and there was nothing in the passengers seat to make the alarm go off.
DAWN HThe interior was filthy, smoky, and the windshield hadn't been cleaned in ages. The truck ran great, and both ends of the transaction were great. Rented it online from a different location - was sent to a 2nd location for pick-up. Ahhh Corporate.
