I wished I had the option for a one-way rental, but this location handled my mix up with requested location vs assigned location of pick-up, along with quickly providing me whatever options they had. Great customer service. Worth the extra money for the 2-way trip. Thanks@

Duane BNot sure what can be done about this, but the truck had a heavy smell from a smoker. Hopefully the person before me that smoked was charged a hefty fee but it was uncomfortable to drive the truck with as smoky as it smelled. Otherwise everything else was great!
CHAD LI have used UHAUL many times in several cities. This location was the best experience I have ever had. These folks know how to do it.
