The lady running this location was very RUDE and Disrespectful!!! Started telling me before she looked to see where I dropped off transport I had to move it,but we she saw I put in the Only spot she had LEFT she threw her hand up in the not even turning around she I don't give you anything you'll get email and kept walking away.!! VERY RUDE!! I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone that ask to stay away. I took video of transport and parking lot, which shows there was no other spot to drop transport in!!!

DIANA RThe truck wasn’t really filthy, but the floorboard wasn’t clean and the interior cab wasn’t very clean, but the back of it was. Lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. My best advice, don’t have the customer standing out in the rain when they drop off the truck taking pictures of your equipment to update your records. I would say U-Haul needs to come up with a different answer for that.
