JERRY FThere was an "outstanding issue" with my Uhaul account that kept me from completing the pickup of my rental. I had to call a Uhaul number to clear it up before I was able to get the rental. It took close to an hour to finally get a Uhaul rep on the phone. And when I did, they said that the "hold" on my account was due to a balance that had already been paid and cleared ages ago.
