Was greatly over charged and when speaking to some young girl at Wilkesboro, she became very rude and refused to explain to me why these charges were applied. She rudely hung up on me while I was yet speaking. You need a more mature personal who knows how to speak with clients.

Just a note, I rented enclosed 6x12 trailer, it was where and when I ordered it, clean and in good working order. I am totally happy with the rental but think an elderly person without help would never be able to lift the tounge to hook up the trailer? Luckily for me they helped me to lift it and hook it up? Wilkes print shop is a quality place! Thanks for being a vital part of a very important mission!
