Ben and his crew were very friendly and really helpful in resolving my bank payment/U-Haul issue. Will I ever use U-Haul again? Nope. They were threatening me with collection 3 days after my move, over something my bank did, that I had zero control over. Nah, Uhaul can screw off.

EDWARD HWas greatly over charged and when speaking to some young girl at Wilkesboro, she became very rude and refused to explain to me why these charges were applied. She rudely hung up on me while I was yet speaking. You need a more mature personal who knows how to speak with clients.
