I am disabled. I had to drive from NC to IA. This place did not maintain this truck. I was sent out with 2 really really bad tires.One of them blew out after driving about 100 mile. There was no thread on it at all. Will never rent UHAUL again, and I am seeking a lawyer.

At time of drop off I get hit with additional charges that I declined. Again this feels like bait and switch. Pretty sure I'll be looking elsewhere for moving services moving forward. Beware!

I was told online I'd be charged $60. In person, it bumped up to just over $120. I now have a $200.77 and a $76 charge on my account. I called the location and was reassured I should have only been charged the $120. I even sent them a screenshot of the charges. I didn't receive a return call or email addressing the issue.

Concerning 5x8 enclosed trailer rental 1/18/2020; I found the trailer to be clean and tight during our three day trip from Wilkesboro NC to middle Tennessee. The tires showed little wear and had the proper air pressure. The hitch tightened properly to my receiver and we had a totally trouble free trip. U-Haul makes it extremely easy for one-way rental and we dropped it off at one of several convenient locations. Thanks for being there U-Haul!

We got a call from UHaul telling us there was no "drop off" location listed on our rental in Dec. 2019. We were able to correct this missing info via phone calls. But it was discussed at the pick up, so not sure why this wasn't completed with initial paperwork.

I ordered a Uhaul van, I did not want to drive a truck. When I ordered my van, there was no mention I would be unable to obtain a van at my location. I would have driven an hour to pick up a van. You need to inform your customers when making arrangements.

There won't be another time. Called customer service no help. They said it was uhauls fault not theirs. Called Uhaul they said marketing would call me back next day. Have not heard from them yet. #days latter. NEVER AGAIN.


I went by initially two weeks before scheduling my rental and the employee failed to mention needing to have installed wiring to hook to the trailer so the brake lights on the trailer would work. I do not customarily (as in never) haul trailers, and though I was aware of the fact, it didn't cross my mind at the time. In one sentence, the employee could have saved me some valuable time and prevented a delay in my departure time.

My experience was terrible .The app is a joke. After trying several times to reserve a truck at 7am and later getting the time changed by the app, I went to the pickup location two days before. I was assured the truck wouid be available for early pickup at 7. Long story short I paid 4 helpers to sit for 2 hours until the place opened at 9am. The toll free number was awful, even disconnected my call. Was on hold 20 min. during my second attempt. I will never use this service again. Very very poor service.

Unit appears to have a small water leak. There was a small amount of water on the floor following a rain shower before I loaded anything.

Just had a thick up with someone installing it. Was installed wrong and drugged chains the entire time. Just a fluke accident that no gentleman was on site. But really the blame needs to be on uhaul for changing my pick up location. Trailer also had alot of garbage and several boxes and styrofoam I had to take care of once I got to my load location.
