I rented a van which was allowed to be kept by the previous renter. When I showed up to pick up, I found out it was not available. That delayed my trip by a full day. Next day I show up to get van. No van agin and no one has the curtousy to notify me before I leave work and drive there . They put me in an old high mileage run down 10 foot truck. Cost me more in gas and ran terrible. I’m surprised I made it there and back. If you are allowed to rent beyond your rental period with no extra cost or penalty and even if there is one, the location or uhaul has to notify the next renter in advance!

The U-Haul smelled like someone had smoked in it. The contract reflected that there was 3/4 of a tank, and there was only 1/4 of a tank of gas. The location's computer wasn't working properly, so I used my phone to check out.
Mark TWilkesboro store did a good job. I would not recommend UHaul, because of being charged an extra $12 dollars. I used the truck to go get lunch, because it was only vehicle I had available to me.
STEVEN RI don’t know it was more expensive than what I thought. It was gonna be as far as the mileage and things it was rather confusing to me, but I guess that was just on my part.
