They struggled to find me in the system and I had to contact customer service, then they called the rep and found me. They charged me for gas when I turned the truck in at the same level it was given to me.

Mark CSo far not having a good experience with this location rented a car dolly at 3:30pm and retured it same day at 9pm and the location is trying to say I kept the trailer 2 extra days and trying to charge me 160$ haven’t ever experienced this before and definitely not a good experience

Barry HPersonal very condescending and rude. Insisted I park the truck in a very unsafe area covered in ice. Yelled "you can't park there" upon my arrival then insisted I park in an unsafe area and to unhitch the trailer myself. Inside facility resembles a gambling hall. Also I do not appreciate being charged for a mire 9 miles over plus additional 8.50 after I filled the tank. Petty and not professional.
