Have head office fix their computer system problems
FREDERIC SThe pick up location was supposed to be 100 mile house, but you changed the location last minute to a town 90 minutes away. It was an incredibly inconvenient experience and I will think twice before using Uhauls services again.
Nicolas MVery friendly and very efficient. They physically checked my trailer to be sure it was in working condition before I drove away, very smart. The next customer will be sure it worked when dropped off.
Ian TThe staff at this location did everything in their power to help me deal with all of the issues that I experienced during drop off. I had issues with billing, the truck I had rented, and the trailer that I had rented. The drop off process took over an hour because of a jammed ramp on the trailer that U-Haul roadside assistance was unable to help with in a timely manner (despite be paying for roadside assistance with my rental). Throughout the experience the staff helped as much as possible.
