The truck return process was awful, they rented the truck to me in miles, but the odometer is in kilometers. No one seemed to be able to deal with the translation needed and wanted to charge me $250 additional that I did not owe. This resulted in literally hours of trying to call and get it fixed.

I ordered a u haul 3 weeks in advance to 100 mile house and I still had to drive 2 hours each way at to pick it up in Williams lake .
