Worse than poor...your automated system is slower than snail vomit.. it should not take me an hour to check out a trailer that I have already reserved...AND I'm already in the system! TOTAL SHITSHOW...U*-Haul should be banned from doing business in Canada untill they can PROVE basic industry standards are met, at this point a pen and paper form would be 175% more efficient! The trailer had not been swept out for some time and it has no foot!?!? How the hell is one person supposed to hook up a 800+LB trailer with no gawdam foot!!???! WTactualF? I'm holding up a finger, can you guess which one?

your customers require patience at this location, staff are not well versed with your system--can your reception center command their screen? the trailer was OK; running lights did not work (signal and brakes did work), and I had to stop to fill one tire with air
Ric DWorst customer service ever she told me it took too long for her to book me a truck and told me to call the 1 800 number for help don’t waste your time going there there are two other locations in Williams lake that more helpful and don’t mind doing the jobs their paid for
Michael WThe truck return process was awful, they rented the truck to me in miles, but the odometer is in kilometers. No one seemed to be able to deal with the translation needed and wanted to charge me $250 additional that I did not owe. This resulted in literally hours of trying to call and get it fixed.
Anna BI ordered a u haul 3 weeks in advance to 100 mile house and I still had to drive 2 hours each way at to pick it up in Williams lake .
