Closed at 4 so the poor guy at the counter was so confused. The app instructions did not work. And the location was out of town so cost me even more in gas and mileage to get there. This is not the location’s fault.

Spencer DBetter maintenance of the vehicles being rented need to be done. As we given a rental truck that both of the wheel well hatches inside the cargo area above the rear tires leaked and allowed muddy water to get in the inside of the cargo area and damage our new $2000 king size bed mattress and 1 box spring.
