The ONLY U-Haul I got to! They’re fast and easy. Super convenient in all Brooklyn just have to find a good parking spot but other than that 10/10

Do not attempt pickup unless the location is clearly open and another person is present. The U-Haul app is buggy, outdated, and it took me nearly an hour just to complete my pickup despite no ‘real’ issue

QUANTIASHA WHave a better & more visible area to pick up the vehicle. Had to basically stand outside of a Conex trailer and talk through a window - not handicapped acceptable- that’s for sure. No paperwork, and informed me the truck is down the street.
