Jonathan IThe staff is always lovely- friendly and efficient. This truck rental, however, was abysmal. Dirty with bird droppings on seat, loud slipping transmission, and worst of all, the headlights did not work! Put me in very dangerous and illegal situation of driving with only hazard lights. Added a reminder to my checklist- check headlights, even if you are picking up a day rental. I told the staffer how terrible and unsafe my experience was, and requested a refund…he said “someone will be calling you” no contact from U-Haul as of yet, so I’ll have to spend my time tracking someone down today. :(
