I had to walk a quarter mile to a van parked on Grand Street but the battery was dead. When I returned to the rental location to get a set of keys for an operable vehicle, I was then just given a van just right out front of the rental location, not sure why they made me walk in the first place, unnecessary delay not appreciated on a >90° humid day. Then when I got the final receipt, a $30 insurance charge was tacked on even though I waived it and its not on the Equipment Contract, so I had to call to have it refunded. Weird that this was such a tedious and unenjoyable experience since we'd also had rented a van here the weekend before with better service and no unacceptable surprise fee tacked on.
