I was overcharged by over $100.
DEIRDRE BDidn't have blankets or the second dolly that I order. The car was not cleaned and tank was almost empty. The car felt unsafe.
CONSTANTIN DWhen I picked up my truck I stood there in the cold for 10 mins because nobody was there, and then when I returned it (at the time I said I would) there were four other people all trying to return their trucks AGAIN with nobody on staff to be found. We scrambled to figure out what the heck to do as there was no drop box or anything. Took like 20 mins and had to direct traffic. Ridiculous.
