Dennis WThe truck is a very old 170,000 miles. The A/C would cut in and out. The cleanliness of the truck was not great, used tissues were found under the seat, cement or dried mess was on the floor on both sides. The location employee was great.
michael OYour text messages. I had of de red a truck 3 days before pick up. A few house before my scheduled time I received a text saying that I will have to pick up the truck at another location in Queens. I called them and they were rude and gave me no explanation. Sinceramente I’ve been renting trucks from Metropolitan ave for over 30 years and it’s 2 minutes from my place I went there. They did not have the reservation any longer but there were 2 trucks available. I still don’t understand how you can change my reservation to a different location without a reason. I got the truck from my location but my day was ruined. I almost started to call other companies.
