I would like to dispute my current rental charges. Reasons: Our scheduled availability and pickup was done 2 weeks in advance online and confirmed by a customer service rep via phone call for a pickup destination. The time was set for 7:30. The vehicle wasn't receive till around 8:30 and we had to stop at the gas station for gas because of the mileage uncertainty. The explination fro. customer service was it's an human error. Again our appointment set for an specific time but we arrived late. The individual to meet upon arrival had another appointment and made us wait as he found the opportunity to reroute himself. This in turn set us behind on the return of the vehicle. Also there wasn't any dollies allocated to our transport vehicle neither were there any protective mats installed on the interior upon pickup. Further more we received the vehicle with a quarter of a tank of gas left in it. To reach our destination there was any uncertainty of traffic so we filled the tank in order not to get stranded on the highway. I would a request that all additional charges including the gas difference from a quarter tank to full be deducted from my bill. The vehicle was returned to it's destination and pictures were given to support my request for deductions against my future bill.

Jonathan IAt this site, was good. When I received the bill the charges was so expensive. I order a 10" truck. I dropped off the truck at 1:45, they put that I dropped off the truck at 7:45 am. I was charge a lot more because of that. I was calling never got a response.
