There was no truck for us at our pickup time. We waited over an hour and then had to go to another location to get the truck.

EDDIE PI had to find street parking in the vascinity of the site. You SHOULD NOT have to find street parking if you are using U-Haul and there should always be a lot where you can park in. Ridiculous
