This is by far the best and most professional Uhaul location I have ever used. The pickup and drop off were a breeze and the front desk clerk was super helpful. I will definitely come back to this location for any moving needs. 10/10 experience!!!
YOSIMAR GThe location was closed and finding a place to park a 20' truck on the sidewalk is both impractical and impossible. I wish I'd have known ahead of time, I would have brought it back the following morning. The app glitched again, asking me to share my location, which I'd already done. The return experience was a filled with anxiety.
FREDJ CThe location was advertised as opening at 7:00. Staff did not show up until 7:30am
THOMAS BThe young kid at the desk gave me the wrong truck key and unclear directions to the truck, requiring me to walk a number of blocks back to the office in the rain to retrieve the correct key. On the return he waved me away from the entrance and just pointed his arm down the street as if it would be clear where to park, but it was not. Worst UHaul experience among the dozens I've had over the decades.
