TYLER BThe truck was severely damaged. The cabin was dirty, the oil light was on, and it was parked within 2 inches of another uhaul truck and took 15 mins to get out of the spot.
Lauren KI have rented many times and this experience was horrible. Price charged was $200 more than what was quoted via U-Haul call center. I have a printout from U-haul.com proving this. Every time I called, I was quoted a different inflated price. I am telling AMEX to reverse the charges if this is not settled FAST. Trucks should not be rented until the problems below are fixed... AC was broken and did not work once the truck ran at highway speeds for a while. AC blew hot air, and we had to roll down the windows. Front end/steering is dangerously loose at highway speeds and truck "wanders." I am traveling and not available to talk until Thursday after 2pm EDT
