It is sad to see the decline of a once great company. As your stupid management team has implemented "Enshittification" strategies to franchise your once great brand to any tom dick and harry, your service has gone down the toilet. Not only is your app barely useable, but your phone service is rude and staffed with folks who wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the ass. It was like calling some bunch of jackasses who were taking the calls on their cell phones while they were at home doing the dishes or playing candy crush. Your company is a case study in what NOT TO DO to a brand. Your trucks were dirty, and barely started. When I picked up my key at the junk yard that you call a Uhaul franchise, I was told that the truck I had rented was "somewhere around here" and then told to go look for it (in a snow storm). I found it about four blocks away on a side road illegally parked. The key didn't open the drivers side door because the door lock was broken so we had to open the passenger side and crawl in to open the door. You guys are a joke. The franchise strategy you have implemented sucks because you clearly don't give a shit about your company or your customers. Maybe you are giving yourself a big fat bonus with all the money you are saving by farming work out to gig workers who don't give a damn, and letting go of your retail footprint to allow your franchises park on public parking spaces all over the fucking place. But frankly you suck, your strategic planners suck, and your brand is a stinking dump. I'll bet your a wooden nickel that your company will be out of business in 5 years. I'll be doing my business else where until you can get your shit together. Fire all the people in your C suite and your managers and then rethink your whole strategy because this one you're on is a big loser. Happy Holidays. A once loyal customer who is not pretty fucking dissatisfied. What a disappointment you are.
